Artist Introduction

My name is Bhvinder Kaur Sidhu and I am Melbourne, Australia based artist.

I was born in Singapore and have lived in many parts of the world including the United States, United Arab Emirates and Australia. I started painting when I attended an art class in college many years ago. Over the years, I have developed as an artist through a lot of self-teaching. I have enjoyed really good influences which have encouraged my style. These influences came from mentors, who taught art classes I attended over the years in various cities in Australia.

I create abstract oil and acrylic paintings. I also draw using watercolour pencils and create digital art. My creations are colourful, energetic and uplifting. When creating art, I am guided by intuition rather than pre-existing plans.
